Energy · your daily resource

  • Each day starts at 100% of your Capacity.
  • It falls while the timer runs, and from your wake time when Auto-Day is on.
  • Events take an extra chunk; removing one gives it back.
  • A new day starts at midnight; there is no day-to-day history yet.

This key is the only way to get your data back on another device or after clearing your browser. It stays valid until you rotate or revoke it. Save it somewhere safe and private — anyone who has it can open your tracker.
